How to Use:

1. Apply the Protective Pre-Color Serum to fragile or dry ends before coloring to help ensure even results.
   
2. Mix and apply the Protective Color Crème, distributing evenly from roots to tips.
   
3. Leave on for the recommended time, then rinse thoroughly.
   
4. Cleanse with the After-Color Shampoo to remove residue and smooth hair.
   
5. Finish with the Caring Deep Conditioner to hydrate and maintain shine between colorings.

We charge a flat fee of $6.99 for all returns. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt/packing slip or proof of purchase.
