When will I receive my order?
We ship every business day for most items. Orders placed by 11 AM ET, Monday through Friday, ship the same business day; later orders ship the next business day. Once your order ships, we will send you tracking information via email and/or SMS (standard rates apply). In most cases, your order will be delivered within 2–3 business days**, and it can take up to 6 business days depending on your location.**

How much do I pay for shipping for my order?
We provide free shipping on orders over $49, before taxes, within the contiguous United States. Orders under $49 before taxes will incur a $6.99 fee. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories have additional shipping charges, shown at checkout, and don’t qualify for free shipping.

Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes! For faster delivery, you may select UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air at checkout, if available. Please note: Expedited shipping options will incur additional costs, calculated by weight and location.

Do you ship internationally (outside of the United States)?
No. We ship only within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories.

Can I pick up my order?
Yes. Choose local pickup at checkout and collect your order at 14 Doty Road, Unit A2, Haskell, NJ 07420, Monday–Thursday 9 AM–5 PM ET and Friday 9 AM–1 PM ET.
