First Choice Buying Inc. wants everyone to be able to shop with us, including people with disabilities. We are working to make firstchoicebuying.com accessible and easy to use for all customers.

Our goal

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make websites more usable for people who are blind or have low vision, are deaf or hard of hearing, have limited movement, or have cognitive disabilities.

What we do

  • Use text colors with enough contrast against their backgrounds.
  • Support navigation by keyboard, with visible focus outlines.
  • Use clear headings, labels and page structure that work with screen readers.
  • Add text descriptions to images, and continue adding them across our catalog.
  • Design pages that work on phones, tablets and computers, and when text is enlarged.
  • Review the site regularly as we add new products and features.

Known limitations

Some parts of our site, such as checkout, product reviews and other features, are provided by third parties. We do not control all of their content, but we work with our providers to improve accessibility where we can. Some older product images may not have text descriptions yet.
