We offer easy returns on all domestic orders. You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Once you receive a return label, you have 14 days to ship the order back to us.
We charge a flat fee of $6.99 for all returns. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt/packing slip or proof of purchase.
You may be charged up to a 20% restocking fee if the item was opened and/or used. Shipping costs are non-refundable. International returns are not accepted.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label with a deduction of $6.99 for the return fee. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please be sure to pack your return carefully; affix the label and drop your package off at the carrier indicated on the label.

Damaged & Defective Orders
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and remedy the issue.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gasses. We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Non-refundable items will be marked as such in the product description; please note this prior to purchase.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return your item, and once the return is accepted, re-purchase the new item.
European Union 14-day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt/packing slip or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If it’s approved, you’ll be automatically refunded through your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow one full billing cycle for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@firstchoicebuying.com.
